Mundial Football Group is a multi-club organisation dedicated to driving excellence in professional sports club ownership, player development, and multi-club management. Our commitment to pastoral care and unparalleled player development pathways make us a leader in the football industry.
We saw how some MCOs have been created, fallen-upon and dremt up. We aren't saying they're all bad but none of them have started with the players, started at the bottom and built up, focussed solely on improvement for all being the route to success for the Group.

The founding team are experts in their fields but more critically all recognise the power of the collective over the individual, we live the ethos of team over individual, not just on the pitch but all the way to the Boardroom.
Michael Cunnah

Chair
Michael Cunnah has leadership experience in Board level roles at The English Football Association, Wembley Stadium and Aston Villa FC.
More recently he has played prominent roles in advising and developing businesses within the sports sector.
Les Reed
Chief Sporting Officer
Les Reed has extensive experience in football development, coaching and as Technical Director of the English Football Association, Football Director at Premier League clubs including Fulham, Southampton and Charlton Athletic and as Advisor to UEFA. Most recently as sporting advisor to Wrexham FC.
Dan Bolland
Chief Commercial Officer
Dan Bolland has >25 yrs of working across FS, Advisory & more recently start-ups & sport. Dan’s energy and acumen has been building business, raising capital, leading teams, delivering change and optimizing outcomes for some of the largest global businesses. Most recently building new commercial revenue streams for one of the biggest clubs in the world.
